01 About
Started in operations. Landed in design, on purpose.
I'm a dynamic, detail-driven designer based in Pokhara, with a Bachelor's in Information Management from Tribhuvan University. Before design, I worked the operational side of tech, sales, CRM, and data validation, which taught me how a product actually gets used, not just how it looks in a mockup.
That shows up in how I work now: I care about research and clarity as much as visual polish, and I'm a steady collaborator, comfortable picking up new tools quickly.

Where the work has happened.
- Designing product interfaces and user flows as part of the core team.
- Translating requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and shippable UI.
- Working closely with development to keep design intent intact in the build.
- Worked as a sales representative handling direct customer interaction.
- Performed GSM switching and supported day-to-day CRM activities.
- Managed data entry, verification, and validation across live systems.
